El Mirage Skate Plaza - El Mirage, AZ

The City of El Mirage is home to Arizona's first bona fide skate plaza! This one of a kind plaza has numerous ledges, rails, hips, banks, gaps, and everything the modern street skater would want in a park. The coloured concrete ties in nicely with the Arizona landscape for an aesthetically pleasing and functional skatepark. The plaza will open this summer and is located in New City Park (just South of Peoria Ave and Mirage Rd). Thanks to Doug Strong for the photos.
